Business model development and analysis

In order to remain successful in today’s rapidly changing economy, it is crucial for businesses to stay up to date. The market share and profitability of enterprises with traditional business models is decreasing, forcing them to find new ways of doing business.

What is a business model?

A business model describes the way in which a company creates value and generates its profit. It combines the whole functioning of the enterprise, and the interdependent features in it, into one unified whole. In our work, we take into consideration A. Osterwalder’s approach to business models.

Business model methodology helps us find answers to the following questions:

How can we systematically find new ideas for developing a business? How will new development ideas change our everyday business and how it functions? What new revenue basis, new markets or customer segments could we find for our business? Which new products or services can be offered to our existing customers? How can the company transform from a product-based to a service-based business? What could the alternatives be for reducing costs?

What we do

  • We conduct business model training courses, to various degrees and lengths. We also moderate the process of business model development.

  • We will help you map your current business model and analyse its strengths and weaknesses
  • We will help you come up with new ideas to refresh your business model (including new customer segments, products/services, revenue bases, distribution channels, and marketing channels).
