I am a partner and senior consultant at BDA Consulting. I offer consulting and training in the fields of tourism, service design and regional development.

I have been active in the field of tourism and regional development for almost 20 years. I have worked in both the public and private sectors, as well as at non-profit organisations. My work experience includes managing the development department of the Võru County Government, consulting local governments at a county development agency, and working as a tourism consultant at a private companies. My experience in the field increased considerably while working closely with a county development committee and the development committee of the Local Governments Association, as well as serving on the supervisory board of the South Estonian Tourism Foundation and the Võru County Development Centre.

I have worked as a consultant on many strategies, development projects, marketing plans, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses and service design projects. I have also managed several development, consultation and training projects, as well as publication and instructional materials projects. I have also carried out a number of professional development training courses in the fields of tourism, place marketing and service design.

Since 1995, I have gained extensive experience in international projects. This includes various EU programmes and financial frameworks, not to mention bilateral cooperation. I am fluent in written and spoken Estonian, Russian and English.

I am a certified consultant (level 5) as recognised by Enterprise Estonia, the Estonian Consultants’ Association and the Estonian Qualifications Authority.
